I forgot to take pictures of our tasting feast on Friday because I was too busy stuffing my face.

Yea- so you better wear your elastic waisted pants to the wedding because there will be some dee-lish appetizers to go with that yummy-ness. 

I've been having cordon bleu dreams after our tasting so I made some tonight...

not the same. I guess I will have to keep dreaming until October. 

Wedding Overload...part deux

Let's be real- I've had parts of this wedding planned for awhile. I knew Chris and I were going to get married so I didn't see the harm in doing a once a month or so browse of wedding sites... 

I didn't really need to go to the Bridal Expo because Chris and I have almost all of the major things nailed down. I still wanted to go though so I could add it to the list of other "wedding experiences" I have enjoyed. 

One thing that we were looking for was a caterer...

We found An Event to Remember and Heavenly Gourmet. We have a tasting with both caterers this week. I am really excited to have Chris taste both. I only got a little sample at the Expo and I was left wanting more! Hopefully Chris will agree. 

With all of the money we are expecting to save I hope we can get an extra little treat for our guests...
